Description of LayLax First Factory M4 Buffer Tube with Picatinny Adapter Light
Designed to convert a rear Picatinny stock base into an M4-compatible stock system, the LayLax First Factory Rail Stock Pipe Adapter Light includes an M4 buffer tube and its corresponding rail adapter. Since both components are included, the conversion does not require a separately purchased buffer tube, although the rear Picatinny stock base and M4 stock are not supplied.
The adapter attaches to a compatible rear Picatinny rail and allows different retractable stocks designed for M4 buffer tubes to be installed. It can be used with LayLax Picatinny Rear Stock Bases and other rear interfaces using the same rail size, including certain SIG MCX-style platforms.
For Tokyo Marui MP7A1 AEP or MP7A1 GBB configurations, the buffer tube must be combined with the dedicated LayLax Picatinny rear stock base for the corresponding version. The rear base replaces the original MP7A1 stock system, while this set adds the buffer tube required for fitting a compatible M4-style stock.
Its primarily aluminium alloy construction keeps the approximate weight to 140 g, making it around 100 g lighter than previous LayLax models. In addition to reducing the weight added to the rear of the replica, the design securely holds the buffer tube to support a stable shooting position and expand the available customisation options.
