Description of Adjustable Brushless AEG Motor DragonPro DPX 39000-48000 RPM Airsoft

The adjustable brushless motor from the DragonPro DPX Series is the ideal upgrade for players seeking top-tier performance, precision and reliability in their AEG rifles. Manufactured with a CNC-machined 6063 aluminum body and rear cap, a robust 70# carbon-steel shaft and a removable D-cut pinion gear, this motor combines durability, mechanical accuracy and ease of maintenance. Its high-temperature copper windings and high-power Nd-Fe-B magnets ensure stable, efficient operation capable of handling the demands of advanced AEG builds. The brushless design eliminates the wear associated with brushed motors, reduces noise and enhances long-term reliability.

Thanks to its integrated ESC and MOSFET, the DPX offers a fully adjustable speed range with selectable settings of 39,000, 42,000, 45,000 or 48,000 RPM, allowing players to fine-tune performance for High-Speed configurations or custom setups. The motor includes multiple electronic protections—low voltage, over-voltage, thermal protection up to 100?°C and stall protection—ensuring safe and stable operation even under extreme stress. Its design minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMI) and eliminates ionizing sparks (ESD), improving system stability. With superior efficiency, instant response and an extended lifespan, the DPX motor stands out as one of the best choices for players who demand power, control and reliability from their AEG rifles.

Motor Brushless DragonPro DPX Series Important Usage Notes

1) Do not reverse the polarity: Always ensure the positive and negative terminals are connected correctly. Reversing the polarity may burn or permanently damage the motor
2) Handle the speed-adjustment slot with care: The speed regulation system uses a small plastic adjustment slot. Do not apply excessive force when turning it, as it may break. When it reaches its limit and stops turning, do not force it further. The motor is preset to maximum RPM from the factory
3) Ensure the motor is firmly seated inside the grip and protect the wiring: The motor must not move or shift inside the grip. If the connecting wire is too stiff, secure it with electrical tape. Otherwise, the pulling motion during startup and braking may stress the terminals and cause them to break
4) Do not replace the motor pinion gear unless absolutely necessary: If replacement is required, make sure the fit between the motor shaft and the pinion is not excessively tight. A pinion pressed in too tightly may shift the shaft out of alignment, causing the motor to seize and burn out.

IMPORTANT USER WARNING

This adjustable brushless motor from the DPX Series is a high-performance component capable of generating extremely high rotational speeds (39,000 / 42,000 / 45,000 / 48,000 RPM) and significant torque, especially at its highest speed settings. Due to its superior power and efficiency, your AEG rifle must be equipped with high-quality internal components capable of withstanding the mechanical, thermal and dynamic stresses produced by this motor.

· It is strongly recommended to use reinforced gears, high-quality bushings or bearings, durable pistons, proper wiring and a trigger unit prepared for high-performance builds.
· Using low-quality internal parts may result in premature wear, breakage, jams or mechanical failures due to the high torque and RPM generated by this motor.
· For safe and optimal operation, installation and tuning should be performed by a qualified technician or an experienced user familiar with advanced AEG builds.

This warning is not a limitation, but a guarantee that the DPX motor can deliver its full potential without compromising the integrity of your AEG rifle.
